Mattel's shit was outdated from day one and was ALWAYS a disappointment, because companies like Hasbro, McFarlane, and Toy Biz existed making superior toys in the early 00s. Shit was so desperate that people looked forward to DCD's products, despite being mcstatues and 1970s articulation until around 2010 or whenever their Arkham figures started being made.
Spinmasters at least brings hope that they'll do something better, because Mattel squandered the license and ruined DC's reputation with kids for almost two decades.
The bar was set so low that even Bandai put out horrible shit like this.
At this point, ANYONE is better.
