This figure pack has the best Palpatine you can get. The figure itself was already great, but with this release they gave it face printing. Because of Palpatine's robes it was always difficult to get a decent looking figure for him, so they're sculpted here, so it makes sense for him to be a 5POA style figure. he also has interchangable hands which give him additional articulation, and he comes with a cane.
