>>10902371>Did you ever feel the need to get rid of childhood plushies, or were you always proud of your collection?I only started collecting plushies in the past two years, so I don't have any from my childhood on me. I remember having a Rhino plushy when I was much younger, but that's long gone.
My plush collection is largely a private thing, I avoid talking about it if possible, though not to the point of being dishonest. I have been softening on this stance as of late though.
>What criteria do you use when deciding on plushies to add to your collection? Do you focus on specific themes, characters, or brands in your plushie collection?Really, I just let my heart decide. When I was buying a lot of fluff friends, my criteria was "Do I want to cuddle this" and "Is it big enough for me to cuddle". I mostly ended up gravitating to rag dolls this way.
>How do you display or store your plushies to keep them in good condition?I don't have much space so many of them are on the bed with me. I don't treat them harshly but I am concerned about their condition. Doesn't help that my roommate smokes so that smell gets in to them...
