>>6913235The short version is that back in December I got a minifig four-pack that had a damaged hippie hair, and Lego customer service created and canceled the replacement order twice because the only other versions of the hippie hair are CMF pieces so they can't access them from the replacement service (the reps I spoke to those times didn't know they were CMF exclusives so the system let them place the order but then canceled it automatically). I asked if it would be OK to wait until the white spoopy hair is released and get one of those as the replacement and the rep said yes. She also sent me the spooky hair in dark brown "just to tide you over in the meantime" because she felt bad that the replacement order had been canceled more than once.
Also her coworker sitting next to her offered to replace it with the Ninjago rocker hippie hair OUT OF HIS OWN PERSONAL COLLECTION.
