I've finally gotten to the CHUG bucket, which spans Classics to Titans Return, with a few other surprises, and this big fucking whatever is the first thing I pull out?
Broadside is great novelty idea. One that I'm sure if it gets pulled off right it would be a spectacular toy.
But every try so far has been pretty damn mediocre.
I guess part of the problem is that, unless it's gussied up and done right, an aircraft carrier is just a big coffee table of an alt mode.
To HasTak's credit they did put in a bit of effort. They stickered him up in a way I doubt they would have tampo'd. They gave you itty bitty Aerialbots to stick on.
But the profile is all wrong and it's hard to escape the fact that this panel line-y plant is just a dude laying on his stomach atop some stilts.
