I know little to nothing about DC but I quite like these. I think they're my favorite things I've gotten all year. I got Martian Manhunter cause New Frontier is one of the few comics I've read and I loved it and Martian Manhunter was my favorite character in it. I know it doesn't look like how he did in that comic but still I dig him. I only got the Superman cause I needed to add something to get free shipping and the thought of a heavy metal Superman was so silly to me and he was discounted so I thought he'd make a good friend. In my headcanon he's Martian Manhunter's dumbass himbo teenaged son that he loves anyway.
I don't really collect much superhero stuff but I vastly prefer these to the few Marvel legends I have. I like how bulky they are, that they come with a stand, and that the sculpts have a lot more life and personality to them than the Marvel stuff. I think I'll get a Batman and make a really mismatched Justice League. I think that'd be more visually appealing than getting a more uniform looking team of them in their basic costumes.
