It's not a 100,000rpm 10 h.p. Dremel, but it works well as a sander, grinder etc. I've used many rotary tools (wired and wireless) and for plamo work I like it the best so far.
The only problem with it is that the bits are a pain in the ass to change. I solve this problem by never changing them.

I've been meaning to try Dspiae electric sander for something other than sanding and so I did.
I wouldn't use it for any kind of finishing, but for rough demolitions jobs like this it works pretty good, doesn't have the crazy RPMs of Dremel, doesn't throw shavings all over the place, very quiet. I bet it will work great for drilling out bubbles and other similar jobs.
