I went what color would do what.
In pic you can see that white is flying = pilot, red is mostly driving = driver, blue is operating science arm and equipment = scientist, yellow drives a tool car = technician and green is the later space cop color.
Honestly i just went with color coding, white = astronaut, red is like ferrarri, blue is always a scientist color, yellow is "achtung" color and green is the space cop color.
