Again, brick quality was pretty good. But there is not that much going on with this vehicle either.
The entire base is a single piece to create the amphibious look of the vehicle, and the slopes at back and front are created to go with the baseplate. (no idea if they copied these parts from someone (Lego?) or if they created it for just this tiny set by themselves..). It looks good though.
The wheels are standard size this time, and they run perfectly fine.
The engine block is well designed for a set this size too.
It came with plenty of tiny stickers to create the camo pattern (check the store picture), but these should go across multipe bricks and the quality of the sticker sheet was quite bad, so i did not even try to apply them.
This set (in comparison with the bigger truck above) came with 4 soldiers as shown on the box art. However, the helmets are without "red star" print, and the guy on foot did not wear this typical russian blue-white striped shirt. It was 4x the same minifigure (different faces though).
They came with an interesting weapon sprue which i had not seen before.
