>>11557872Yeah I think that's the vinyl guy. He used a vinyl cutting machine at his work to cut vinyl shapes which he stuck on to blank pieces. I remember he used a black shape on a plain yellow shield.
I use sticker paper in my regular printer, which doesn't have the same look but is easier and more versatile in terms of colours. This article and others on the same site are a good starting point if you want to try it. I find a coat of clear spray paint over the sticker paper helps keep it from smudging.
