There is nothing wrong with the width of MP-12's chest, other than the fact that it doesn't match the impossible cartoon transformation, and honestly, anyone with their panties in a bunch about that is a pretty big pleb.
See, MP-12 came from a time where mixing toy and cartoon accuracy was the mission statement. The toy had a chest that was the entire hood of a Lamborghini, and it looked cool and iconic, and it worked fine on the MP.
