Pin on this hinge might be off-center and thus preventing the panel from locking correctly. Not a big deal. I've also seen some pieces coming with bad stress marks on some tabs.

Sounds like the same problem on mine. It's caused by the pin/hole being off-center

The pins on the faction symbol flaps are alright, but I did notice that this pin was slightly off-center, as a result the green piece with the wheels can't fold entirely flush. Not a biggie, barely noticeable. Arm tabs seem alright on mine.
