Ninjago is the mech city, and out of the ones I have, Legacy Golden Mech is really nifty small set with knees. Fire Mech from Ninjago Movie and Titan Mech from last year look pretty stunning, even if the posability is bit lacking.
D.va's mech from Overwatch is pretty unconventional mech design at least for Lego. Second to last Hulkbuster for I think Endgame is the best one of those. King's Mech is really cool mech, and there's kinda variant of it called Black Knight Mech but it's not as good. Funny thing about it was that someone designed the black one, and then one nip designer improved it and made it into King's mech.
