>>8782017I know this is strange but Ive actually been selling off my modern legos from anything past appx. 2007 era on ebay and facebook and have been buying vintage lego instead. It gets memed alot here but there really is this charming essence of "soul" with the lower part count and improvised piece usage to approximate a model, not to mention the cuter minifigs with simpler printing. Im at the point where I'd rather sell my UCS Slave 1 but keep the 2006 version despite the clear downgrade in accuracy and durability. I just got a huge lot of 90s Spaceport (pic related) and found a big classic Pirates lot on facebook for a good deal so Ill probably grab that aswell using funds from selling off my newer collection. Perhaps the turbo tank will be next along with some castle. Sorry for the rant
