The tolerances are too tight for blue tack. From what I can see, you have 2 options if you want to swap attachments:
1. Don't paint the rails and the insides of the brackets on the attachments. That way bare plastic will be rubbing on bare plastic when you slide them.
2. If you insist on painting the rails, cut the tabs, drill a hole in the rail and put a pin into the attachment so it won't fall off.
