>>7607430What figma?
I have like 30 real figmas and 5 bootlegs.
4/5 bootlegs are SAO ones because i wanted guns/swords and because some of the parts made good bases for customs (though it turns out im not good a making customs so no bingo there).
From my experience it seems the OG kirito is a pretty decent fake, same goes for GGO sinon.
GGO kirito was good to begin with but eventually the torso just fucking died (the joint dying and the front chest plate coming off).
OG Asuna was mostly bad. Paint apps mediocre and 'skin' plastic being odd colour. Joints not bad but changing faces made the whole head just not stick together well.
This is all to some extent luck of the draw. But i did close examination of all of them (shit and good ones) just to see what parts look likely to be bad in a chink figure and it just seems like the two i got that were bad had some actual design issues (introduced by chink cheapness im sure).
While OG kirito for example has no obvious places where issues would occur. You could still just get unlucky with paint apps or getting one with especially bad plastic of course.
My other bootleg (and actually first figma i owned when i was a poorfag) is AoT mikasa.
Overall i was quite happy with this one, just as a figure at all and even more so when you consider it was 1/6 of the price of a real one.
Accessories were good quality. all joints felt nice, the paint apps were good etc.
I had it for probably 2-2.5 years (bought the 30 original and 4 other bootlegs in that time) and was still pretty darn happy with it even after having real figmas.
But one day when i was doing some re-posing of figures i went to move her and 1 of her shoulder joints just shat the bed. So i guess it was just some slightly weaker plastic which eventually perished enough that moving it was too much. Still 2+ years off $15 aint too bad at all.
So if the one you are looking at is super cheap and you get lucky, you will have a pretty decent figure for at least a while.
