To play devil's advocate, at the very least, Hasblow is still giving us actual images of what we're getting. Since 90% of this stuff is bought online anyway, it's not outright false advertising since they're still showing us pictures of the actual product.

This is so stupid because they already have the Shriek body mold that is easily reusable (and one that they have reused already with quite a few female characters), so the argument of molding being too expensive doesn't hold up.

I’m guessing that this keeps happening because they give the box artists a render of what the figure will look like, and then they cut costs later on and leave the box the same. That’s why Mystique is on a better mold and why Gorr was pinless.
They likely did this so they didn’t have to wait to get a finished figure in hand to get started on the box production. Which saves them some time from a supply chain perspective, but they got sloppy.
I’d be willing to bet there’s more of these too. People acting like each box is a one off and it’s getting worse, when they likely did 40 boxes in a row and there’s just a bunch that are inaccurate. We likely haven’t seen them all.

Got the RYV spidey today. I've had the retro carded spidey since it came out so I wanted to see how different this is. Its nice it comes with extra hands and a regular Peter head for the accessories, and the pinless body is almost the same as the og. I dont think the butterfly joints go as far as the original, but I might've loosened them after posing it so much. This and the Amazing Fantasy one are probably going to be the only ones I'm getting

This is what I don't understand. When they revealed the figure months ago they revealed it on the body mold we're actually getting. It's not like they did a true bait and switch and solicited the figure that's on the package. Yeah it's shitty that they have a render that is different from the actual product but you all are acting like we didn't know what the figure was going to be for months and that this is a huge surprise. I like that they hit the obscure characters, but I agree, it’s a little weird they haven’t hit some of the tent poles. They’ve started doing some classic villains, but the larger size ones get left out. Skurge could probably happen if they just shat out a 2-pack with an enchantress rerelease. But I still hope the Walgreens leaked villains wave was accurate and we get Madame Masque and Baron Mordo in there. Sentry wasn’t in the leak which concerns me. But I’d say my big ones now are Mordo, Skurge, Attuma, Titanium Man, classic Abomination (in scale with Hulk this time), Mandarin, and Blackheart.

Scalpers scared off a good number of the less dedicated market, 4chins laughed and called anyone unwilling to pay scalper-cuck prices a poorfag, and anyone who hated the price increases got called a poorfag. You have no one to blame but the people here.

Was wondering why Ghost Rider figure had a boot cut. It's the same with Vulcan's forearms, expect boot and forearm cuts on all new molds so instead of doing some cheap floating piece to make the boot they can just have a new sculpt from the cut down.

It's funny, because when we saw Longshot a lot of people thought this would be good reuse, just didn't expect to spend hundreds of dollars for it.

We all know this shit is retardedly expensive, they would've been smart to reveal a couple stretch goals before the end of the week because people don't seem to understand the $350 is likely for a wave of figures we'll never get otherwise, but to think you're gonna get anything approaching the work and detail of the car they're putting out using fucking 3D printing without someone professionally doing it for you is moronic.

Now, if you wanna buy a 1/12, or seemingly 1/10, Charger and mod it yourself, that you can probably do. The LED work would be the most difficult part.

Except a decent model that isn't basically a statue will still run you about $300.

What? This is what most people expected, a collection of Ghost Rider characters, like Mephisto, that we wouldn't get otherwise. Yun makes dumb excuses sometimes, but this isn't one of them. And Dwight or whoever the white guy was kept making sure to say the other figures would be 6in SCALE.

Not that other anon with American-identity disorder, but ZDs are around 14USD here. Standard Marvel Legends on the other hand are around 28USD.
