Due to the board being so slow, new thread gets made when we're on page 10 or image limit (otherwise we'd go with bump limit, like faster boards do with their generals.) Report and hide spam/low-quality posts, move on to new threads only when appropriate, instead of making or joining early, low-quality, threads and making the general and entire board actively worse.
