>>10452638IIRC they did do some weird patent/copyright protection thing on their Seekers which is practically unheard of in 3P.
>>10452642>What you said is the equivalent of "Nintendo is secretly Nestlé".Yes, because "two companies in the same business, in which multiple labels are often used by the same company, may be connected" is TOTALLY comparable to "unrelated companies in totally different business fields on different continents are the same". Idiot.
>Also you keep defending the idea that you know better than all these companies how to be successful yet you're nobody instead of running your own successful businessAh yes, the "You have be an automotive engineer to know a car with square wheels is going to suck" argument. You don't have to be a business expert to see that the 3P market is dying. Most of the companies are dead, the few left are basically fighting over scraps and cannibalizing each other's sales, and when the tooners finally realize they have too many G1 Primes/die from heart disease, there will be no whales left to support the market and it'll collapse.
>you'll succeed for sure.Nobody is going to succeed. It's doomed. Unless a new market with similar purchasing power springs up, the 3P market's days are numbered. And with the current globohomo-forever-war-induced economic crisis meaning people have less disposable income, the fact tooners aren't getting any younger or getting any better taste, and the way Hasbro is borderline torpedoing its own brand (see Earthspark and the probable disaster ROTB will be) that seems unlikely. Even the Chinese seem to be getting bored of Transformers, meaning the buyers are being whittled down to a very small minority of rich boomers with no taste, who are either themselves starting to acquire basic common sense and dipping out or are just straight-up dying.
It's not a case of "3P can be saved if [X]". It's not got much longer full stop.
