Why doesn't Lego get the FNAF licence?
It's been years since McFarlane Toys made FNAF sets, and the recent movie and games are only PG-13 and T rated, Lego has made sets for PG-13 and T rated games before.

I 100% agree about the space about the window looking rather empty. I was going to try incorporating some sort of mudguard piece as an archway, but that diagonal angle is really hard to work with since it's a gap of, like, 5 and a half studs. So I'd have to do something finicky with jumper plates (again). Not impossible though, so I'll keep at it until something works. Thank you for the feedback!

I collect vintage stuff so it's definitely more expensive than the space it takes up. I see a lot of it as a store of value so that helps, and I cycle things through my collection as I find deals and get doubles. So I make a little money on the things I sell.

But I make $20/hour at a wagie job and realistically have 40k worth of Lego. So I have a year's salary in plastic.

if you can handle it, do a multistep sorting process of collating like parts in large categories (minifig parts, bricks, plates, vehicle parts etc) then part those out into their respective subcategories (minifig parts by type, bricks & places size, vehicle parts into wheels, windows etc.)
alternatively if you're like me and buy a bunch of drawers that you instantly want to see filled with shit, grrab a tub, scoop out a selection of random lego and start sorting from there
you may want to check out how bricklink categorizes bricks for inspiration, but in the end the most important thing is to use an organization system that makes sense to you because that'll be easiest to remember
