COD had zombies and historic, modern & future solders. World of warcraft, MOTU, Game of thrones, yoots, probuilder Vikings, assassin's creed, and probably other IP's had medieval/fantasy themes. Halo, Destiny, probuilder, COD, Aliens, had some outer space/sci-fi off the top of my head. More I think about it, you could say most of Megas IP's could count as costumes for Halloween. Pokemon, Moshi monsters, Breakout beasts, Dragons, and others had monsters. This isn't an exhaustive list, sure I missed a ton like; X-files, TMNT, Hello kitty, Startreck, Smurfs, Despicable me, Futurama, Terminator, Predator, Pirates, etc. Mega did a lot.
If you were willing to jump up to 1/24th scale, you could go American girl/Welliewishers. They had a few costumes and many of mega's body parts are compatible between IP's. You could do a trick or treat scene with an AG haunted house , decorated for Halloween, with a ton of costumed kids made from many IP's. I'd do this if I had the time and room.
If only there was a mega product line based off of Halloween/old movie MONSTERs... even if it was HIGH school monster girls at 1/24th scale that had a shorter production run than some lines... that would have been interesting.
