I bought one and have talked with rimi a bit so I'll give my two cents on all this
>>10806293>but plushes are hardly toys.If fashion dolls can be considered toys, plushies of this size definitely can be considered as such. She can fit in most outfits although her thighs are a bit giant so it can be a squeeze. Still, it's fun to dress her up. I wanna put her in a Tibetan robe I have at some point.
>>10806915From the little I know, it seems like a lot of the work is in designing the actual patterns and once they do that, the process becomes much quicker. Also it helps that they probably use industrial sewing machines and all that. All in all, if these things were produced on a truly MASS produced scale, there would likely be other sellers.
>>10806943>They've sold a bunch of these.Yeah they have sold dozens of each but that's on a totally different league than what a legit factory could make which would go into the hundreds or thousands. Also, the amount of choices is somewhat limited so they tend to stick to the more popular characters.
Overall, the plush I got from him is very soft and nice albeit quite heavy and I wish I had a bigger bed to hug her better.
