No that train is 1:22.5 scale which is G scale. L Gauge is 1:40 ish scale.

It's not general.

I wonder if it's better to make japanese narrow gauge (1067mm) as Lego narrow gauge L-"scale" or L-gauge at bigger, less practical scale.
