Not OP but I felt this with McFarlane. I have the old Raven Spawn and Redeemer (the one with the wings) and their updates were a big letdown. Sure better articulation but they dropped the ball with sculpt and paint apps.

Man I want to strangle both the toy and toon crowds these days. The toon people are the reason we're stuck with panelsplosions, faux parts, chipped paint, etc. The toy people are running around demanding blank faces when they aren't full speed ahead on nameslaps.

Can't we just have the hybrid design team that did MP10-25 back?
