You could, but I think it'd be a lot of work and not turn out looking as good in execution due to the pre-posed statue form.
May I suggest buying the MaxFactory figure and then modifying/improving that how you please instead? I think that'd be an easier and better looking route

Nope. Her thighs are already sculpted to be straight down, you cannot simply cut them below the ass and expect it to look right, your image even shows her thighs would be awkwardly connected to her skirt if you tilt them.

Get the figma if you want her to be in a certain pose. Also statue rule complainers incoming.

It's only goofy because of how low to the stand she is making that kind of leap. The pose is otherwise very dynamic
