Found these at Dollar Tree today and was hit with a wave of Nostalgia of the late 90's and 00's and going to dollar stores and seeing these unofficial generic "anime" toys.

All they're missing is unlicensed and vaguely modified Dragonball and Sailor Moon images on the cardback.
