Where to get those 1:6 or 1:12 scale female figures with realistic anatomical parts for the cheapest price?

The ones that have skin-like material/texture, sculpted nipples, and a wire skeleton for posing.

If anyone has some for sale (either 12 in. or 6 in.) I'm interested in buying.

I see them with the body blanks separately, but I'd like to find a set with the body and head sculpt both (and maybe clothes).
