I am trying to figure out what this is. I don't know the character or the franchise that it's from. I found it outside lying around the ground sometime around 2016, and it's been a good-luck charm since. It's a little worn out and the color seems to have faded, it used to be a bit brighter in color. Can anybody help me figure out what this is or what it's from?
