>>10890008I would say depending on the implementation. If it's a hinge and ball, then yes, one for the hinge, and one for the ball. The double ball is 2, as mentioned, but a single ball at the top of a neck would be 1, despite the fact that it can rotate and also look up and down.
At the end of the day it's mostly semantics, and doesn't matter. Implementation is once again key, and just cause something has more doesn't mean it'll have range as good as something with less.
