>>11370261>>11370300Anon is trying hard to draw without having much in the way of training, so some things are probably looking right to him that doesn't look right to others.
This is a giant improvement on making him look more megatron-esque than the previous iteration though. However to this point:
>He has similar proportions to G1I think you might have misinterpreted some thigns about G1 megs.
yes his arms and legs long and relatively thin, but the proportions aren't just height and width; The individual parts are effected.
In G1, the amount of thigh he shows off is only about 1 head tall compared to nearly 3 on yours
For your arms, his shoulders are huge, his biceps are very long, and his forarms are short. This is essentially the opposite of g1 megs.
Like the other anon said, it's very reminiscent of Derrick Wyatt's work on TFanimated, and I'd say the TFprime designs, which is fine if that's what you're going for, but a lot of people were turned off by those series, so you'll get some complaints.
I will say though, as he is right now, he looks more like he'd be the lead hero's rival character, not the villain.
If you want to keep posting your designs here, you have to be comfortable taking feedback. I'm not sure I've seen you take a single piece of feedback on your designs, be them your orion/optimus, your kamen rider bee, or this, and actually make a change. I just always see you defending your choices, which is strange to us because we're not attacking your reason for making things the way you do, we're addressing complaints with how it ended up.
That's kind of the point of posting work in progress. It's so you can get others to potentially catch mistakes you are making so you can pivot and avoid turning it into a big effort to fix later.
