As far as I can tell, this is supposed to be a third party/non-licensed Matrix figure, hence the name.
The thing is, I can't figure out if this thing actually exists or not. I can't find it anywhere else online. It'd be a shame if it never got made, as it kicks the shit out of every other existing Matrix figure by a mile.
