Volcanicus looks awful and all of the deluxe dinobots are going to have gigantic chunks of shit hanging on their legs because of MUH GEEWUN; obviously an excuse to cheap out on engineering; Jazz is full of eh and the clear plastic back is looking like it's going to become an issue sooner or later, Hun-Grr is ruined, Inferno is a joke suggestion taken too far, the leaders look terrible, and the only imaginable saving grace is going to be blemished by a shitty torso.

Forcing the gimmick on all they toys released was a dumb idea but the toys themselves are for the most part pretty good despite of it, and maybe some kids will enjoy having the cool elephant guy using Megatron's body to murder every decepticon in sight or make some city infiltration plots when there's a blackout and minecraft doesn't boot.

G1 is always an excuse to cheap out because it actually helps in the service of accuracy at times, and all combiner teams had members with rudimentary as fuck transformations. If anything, they retooled the wrong bodies.
Now, we are on the third installment of the Prime Trilogy and all the flaws in CW and TR are being fixed and aggraviated at the same time.
I have no hope for POTP now that I know the Turbomasters and Predators are not happening.
