No idea on cost, but I'm assuming 25 since they're going to use the stupid Prime Masters increase the prices.
Want to laugh? The only figure compatible with a Prime Master is Repugnus because he's a Headmaster, none of them include the new Handfoot parts, and even if they did, the only one who can use the parts like the line intended is Punch/Counterpunch.
This is as bad as those universe figures that included minicons, but had no way of interacting with them.
