Placed a Lego phone order. Had something interesting happen.
The first piece on my list was the bird that appears in the CMF Jasmine and an Aladdin minidoll set:

Interesting because it seems like a standard bird with a plain dot for an eye, but I guess since it's a new mold that was created for the Disney sets, it's flagged as licensed. Disappointing because I wanted a flock of them, but whatever.
I went further down the list, and got to this green Ninjago City hair that I wanted two of:
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=18858The rep tells me that it's also flagged as a licensed piece that he can't sell. I tell him that's strange, because it's from Ninjago City. He types for a minute, then tells me that he can't SELL me the pieces, but he can GIVE me the pieces for free. He asks me how many I wanted, and I tell him I wanted two but one will be fine, and he says "No problem, we'll send you two. By the way, what was the part number of that bird again?" I tell him the number again, and he asks how many I want. I tell him I wanted six but don't want to be greedy, but he says no problem, he'll include six in the order. Strangely, the Dark Azure guitar is exclusive to Ninjago City, but the system had no problem processing those.
I also ordered some torsos and other stuff from the Chinese New Year Dinner set and he gave me the black pigtails hairpiece for free. Checking my order again, he also gave me the Flintstones Wilma hair for free (probably because it's also marked as a licensed part). The 1x3 printed tiles are not flagged as licensed, and I am definitely going to order some more of those.
Considering that those birds are $2.50 each on cracklink, I'm pretty happy with how this played out. I love how friendly the Lego reps are. Last year a rep offered to give me a piece out of his own collection for free.
