Licenses are extremely clear cut and specific, thanks to lawyers, especially with large businesses.
If there was ANY point of contention with these licenses, a lawsuit would have been brought up fast, especially if a product from another company were put on hold. You simply can't put a product on hold, because that's millions of dollars worth of products not being shipped to stores like Walmart, which warrants counter lawsuits for damages if the lawsuit fails.
So when information was removed from JUST a website, it's purely an internal thing and could have been as simple as the webmaster just being careless. Or it could have been because of the license being passed from MegaBloks themselves to Mattel, thus a stipulation in the license needing to be addressed (transference of a license isn't a clause that always written into the license).
And if you haven't noticed, MegaBloks has had a troubled history under Mattel with every single one of their lines, so all signs point toward it being an internal matter.
Two license holders being in contention? That's a lawsuit and would be a public record. This is why lawyers are triple checking all that shit before a license signed. So again, all signs point toward you just making shit up to fulfill your limited understanding of how businesses work.
