Jazz is probably more of a case of them using him there since he has his actual vehicle mode and wasn't released since POTP. Dinobots are in the same boat. Springer might show up if they think re-releasing the Siege one without battle damage is worth it. That being said, it's hard to gauge what will be in this line because these characters are already in WFC:
-Arcee, UM, Quintesson Judge, Alicon, Earth Optimus, Springer, Galvatron, and Cyclonus. So that just leaves us with (not counting reveals):
-Remaining Dinobots (could be 3 or 4)
-Blaster and his cassettes
-Wreck-Gar
-Constructicons
-Perceptor
-Sharkticon
In the lesser relevance, but they still showed up range:
-Insecticons
-Blizwing
-Brawn
-Bumblebee (only because they might release the new one as standard release with an animation accurate head and has a real vehicle mode)
And despite all this, we may get a Starscream so no idea what they're planning
