In this version of the show, they launched the pod unmanned and loaded it with more transwarp cells, the resulting explosion altered the fabric of reality and dragged the Ark and Nemesis just before their fight over Earth. With duplicates of the G1 cast being around, this causes further issues in space time, among them:
-Transmetals aren't created, instead of objects are affected and turned into transformers like the Ark and Nemesis, along with fossils. The remains of these robots are used by members of the Ark and Nemesis to operate on prehistoric Earth in Energon rich areas, and as a power boost.
-Cheetor flashes between his original body, transmetal form, then becomes the Kingdom version.
-G1 Transformers are effected in a myriad of ways, from gaining new abilities to changing in size.
-Stasis pods across the Earth and space are lost
-Some characters will start disappearing, with a race against time to restore the timeline and prevent a space/time collapse.
