When you take out the big four (OP, Megs, Screamer, Hot Shot) who've not only all got remakes over the years but can also be easily retooled from their equivalents in current lines, you're left with some boring/uninteresting Autobots using the names of already established characters, and (mostly) quirky oddball original Decepticons. You have to realize that a lot of the most prominent Armada designs have either already been plundered, or in Optimus's case are more a matter of time than anything else.

I mean, FUCK, a wave with Hubcap, Strongarm, Knockout, Demolishor, then Strika and Bulkhead, then Vector Prime would be fucking amazing. I'm looking at good designs and interesting characters, not just the same five character tropes slightly changed each time.
