If I wanted something accurate to the source material, I would have bendy wires in Jenny's arm. Unless I want a series of ball joints, the bendy wire would allow for a precise recreation of the selective ruberhose animation of the classic nicktoon (e.g. pic related). But then again, you might have a better idea.
