There's no leaks for him sure but then the cybertron mode Bumblebee wasn't in any leaks either iirc he just showed up outta nowhere.
Comparing the silouhette with the ER renders you can see the shape of the feet, the heels and the chest are all different, possibly the arms too since I don't see a wheel hanging off the left one.

Like it'd be a plastic shell with a chrome like finish on the outside, and foam padding for where it touches the skin, I doubt it'd be very protective though.
