>>9560899>I think people just tend to expect the worst when it comes to MCX, especially since the MOTU line is only getting a handful of new sets this year along with just one more skeletor skull.2021 had only one "real" set, the Battle Ram plus the Skeletor skulls: I'm not counting buildable Battle Cat because it's not minifig scale.
This year, there will be at least 3 real sets and the Slime Pit skull, with only Snake Mountain not solicited for pre-order.
I'm VERY curious to see how cheap they'll be with Snake Mountain's pack-in figures. Castle Grayskull was themed around the first mini-comic, "He-Man and the Power Sword", plus the cartoon Sorceress.
Cartoon theme? They've already done Filmation colors Skeletor, Evil-Lyn, Beast Man and Trap Jaw.
Snake Men theme? That would be an unprecedented amount of new figure parts.
I'm guessing no theme at all: something like damaged Battle Armor He-Man, Orko, Leo Skeletor, toy colors Trap Jaw, Jitsu and Webstor.
