As far as PCCs go he's okay. Some goofy design choices here and there.
Chief of which being those sockets on the shoulder ball joints not having enough clearance to rotate properly.
Also that stalk the elbow ball is on is molded to be at that angle.
I think a bit more priority was given to the vehicle mode than the robot on this one.
Other that that Mudslinger is a fine little robot.
He's got joints and movement everywhere you'd expect it.
The blue and green is bright without being over bearing
And he still has a small battalion of armored cars you can roll around.
