I plan on getting Clampdown, Burnout, Cosmos, Road Rocket, Override and Hauler. Don't care for the mold used for IDW Blurr and Scourge (might get him if he goes on sale (lol)). Slicer's cool but I don't care for another Fasttrack and don't care about R.E.D but Prime and Megatron do look pretty sweet.

Mostly Vallejo Model Colors, the occasional Tamiya X, on a matte primer. I finish with a Vallejo glossy varnish on things like eyes, and the corresponding matte varnish on everything else. A molotow liquid chrome pen for hubcaps and stuff like Ratchet's crest in that pic there.

Funny. Both previous Cosmos releases are closer to looking like Pathfinder than Cosmos in terms of design. The new one would look like the E-Hobby recolor that is not like that for legal reasons.

Plus Laser Prime has pretty incompetent color layouts as well. The fact the sides aren't molded black is just baffling when they tab into several sections in both modes AND they're painte, and this doesn't take into account several sections that ended up entirely painted when they could have done a better job with color distribution.

i'm reminded of those gundam kits that have clear eyes but you're meant to paint the black mask around them, and they also come with metallic eye stickers in case youre too lazy, but that ruins the lightpiping and obviously never sits flush

Sucks since we're finally getting a new pointblank and there's a good chance he'll yellow since figures that use that aquamarine/teal have had yellowing issues (I've heard the one used for Transmute has either yellowed slightly or dulled).

A Marvel crossover TF modelled on Spiral seems like it would be cool since she already has a helmet and good colors, but what kind of vehicle would fit is completely unknown. To be honest, I don't know too much about Webdiver.
I know that it's a turn of the century children's anime made to sell robot toys.
And I know I want a Gradion but don't have one.

Just looking at this toy you should understand why I bought it.
A very dragon-y pirate ship with over a dozen little ball jointed cannons? Hell Yeah
Plus a couple missiles to fire out the front.

The deck is all full of robot kibble and the tail is a bit much, but that can't be too much of a damper on what this thing is

Transformation leaves you with a very pirate-y dragon man

Look at this this guy. He's glorious.
Golden pirate skull chest shares it's eye patch on the same side as his actual head. Lots of golden details help sell that this guy is out for booty.
Cape made from the sail.

There's a button on his back that makes his chest eyepatch and the cannon in his mouth light up.
Galleon's tail is super heavy and his ankles have gotten weak, so he tips backwards a lot.

As you can see, the whole bottom of the boat just.. pulls off and becomes a shield.

Galleon has a very good range of movement for his age.
Very tight ratchets in the shoulders(with butterfly joints), elbows, and hips.
Somewhat less tight ratchets in his double knees.
Swivels at the biceps, thighs, neck, and waist if you unplug the cape.
The ankles are on very slight back and forth hinges and the feel swivel. That hinge is what is goofing this toy up for me right now.

Like why would you make a completely different altmode for Starscream and company, but then have them with the same robot mode appearance, and just do it by throwing the entirety of it on their backs? and I managed to mix paint in the right shade! .... but... it still looks wrong, too bright, too pink. and I realized it's because Kingdom dinobot's brown is too brown, it too needs to be lighter and redder to match. I don't really want to do that, so I think I'm going to compromise on a darker, yellower underbody color and do a second coat over this pink.
it's weird, I never understood why his toy was pink, now I realize the show basically did adapt that pink. they just hid it behind much better hue and saturation choices.
custom painting is kinda hard! I can't believe I'm planning on putting myself through this again for Toy Dinobot, but it's just such a pretty-good mold. slight differences in the dino feet and hands, longer sword, it'd be perfect.

This is my first experience with a complete CW combiner. Definitely a mixed bag. I like the presence, especially the pink explosion from Megaempress, but those joints are pretty loose and she's definitely not stable enough to be displayed on a shelf that might wobble.

Yeah I have to lean mine back incase she decides to fall forward towards a potentially fatal fall.

I really like the concept of Megatronia but the execution with the mediocre CW system leaves a lot to be desired imo.
