Happy 19th birthday to 4chan. Can't believe it's almost 20 years now.
Guess I should actually link the Mega here given that I've actually iterated on some assembled Beta builds of 94 Protons Of /vr/ by now.

The GzDoom patch also includes truecolor graphics and some added effects.
There's also a patch for getting the face explosion animation

There's some stuff left to do, like the rest of the weapons, and my own levels. The E1 boss level needs a lot of revamping tbqh. Also there's a mysterious problem which causes the DSDA sourceport (which is supposed to be one of the target sourceports), to just crash on start for unexplained reasons, with varying conditions.
The circumstances are very strange, but it seems tied to MAP01, which is supposed to be an "error handler" of sorts. Since Boom level ports even with UMAPINFO do not support arbitrary map names, rather they must be ExMx for Doom 1 mode, or MAPxx for Doom 2 mode, you can't mix, I autismally decided on using the first numeral in MAPxx as the episode designation, and the second as the map designation.
This way, the maps would be neatly divided up, episode 2 wouldn't start with like MAP10 or something, and IDCLEV functionality would be like in Doom 1. People are a little confused by this, and the error handler map which tells you to use a compatible sourceport seems to cause mystic problems, so I'm not sure this has been the greatest idea. I guess I'll just have to take out MAP01 for the next version.
Neither Woof! nor GzDoom has this problem, and I tested MAP01 with DSDA before. I reported it to the DSDA github but didn't really get much of a response. I have no idea if the post has been seen.
