Well fuck. A long term not-videogames project important to me, which I had on the backburner, is looking like it's not turning out quite like I was hoping because I'm a presumptuous fuckwit who wasn't reading properly to begin with. I could still get most of what I wanted out of it, and could perhaps go the distance at some later time and I'm looking forward to trying to do that then, so it's not like some crushing defeat or anything, but it's still a little disappointing.
I'll resolve it at some much later future, and it's nothing I can do anything about now, so I'll just have to continue focusing on what I'm doing now. At least it actually did stop snowing.
