owning a pass should increase the visibility and priority of your reports in the queue. if I didn't care about this site's future I wouldn't be supporting it monetarily. every report I've ever made has been valid and justified, and yet I still see dozens of blatant off-topic threads, ban evaders, and so on slip through the cracks because the mods and janitors either didn't see it or willfully ignored it.
