I recently changed my ISP, im not constantly on mobile network.
I've noticed that as a result, my IP very often changes. Which results in 4chan short-term blocking me from posting because "another IP is already using this pass". So having a pass literally prevents me from posting, instead of making it easier.
Can they fix this for me
