What about one where, while still young, Rosalina has to go one a magical adventure across the galaxies to rescue her luma? Set so to bridge the point between the little girl on the comet and the magical space goddess who Mario meets.

Maybe less jumping on things' heads, more using her wand.

In fact, possibly more of an adventure-platformer type thing, if you know what I mean. Could have a double jump, and a glide, maybe use lumas she meets as a projectile or something.
