Or more like ditto if you believe that, since it's a failed version.Some science asshole (namely the whatever foundation) saw a super powerful pokemon, thought "oh shit i should make one of those" and tried to do so by slapping every single type onto a home brewed pokefetus. Turns out everything just sort of canceled eachother out, though, and it turned into a regular ass normal type. Maybe it's unrelated to Arceus and someone just wanted to make an every-type 'mon.
