>>24890787I don't know if my math is right, but at a 16.9% recruit rate, for every pokemon spawned, each one is about a 0.05% chance for it to be the Chansey you'll be recruiting. That's 1/2000 chance for a spawned mon on floor 50 to be the recruited Chansey. Not only this, but you have a limited time to recruit one before the wind blows you out or hunger kills you.
Getting a shiny in XY's Friend Safari is a 1/512 chance. You would get 3 shinies on average in the time it takes you to recruit ONE Chansey. And you need to do this twice, while everything is trying to kill you, including the dungeon itself.
That is, of course, if my math is right.
